When ONCI reported Q1 2018 results on Mar 15, 2018 it had
$953,000 revenues with $404,000 Net Profits and O/S shrs
of 3.9BILLION and the stock was trading close to .003

When ONCI reports Q1 2019 results on Mar 15, 2019 given
the growth trend every qtr since then it is likely to report
$1,400,000 revenues with $600,000 Net Profit and with
the shr reduction official any day next week O/S shrs will
be about 3.1BILLION or 800million LESS than one year ago !
By any reasonable valuation measure then ONCI should be trading ABOVE .003 by March 15 , 2019 especially since by then the 2nd PL deal the largest ever in ONCI history
will be in full MEGA AD Campaign mode and expected to
ADD $2.8M to ONCI revenues next 12 months.
