These guys don't have the patience like some of us.. hang around 2+ years and still believe in OWCP
Also, I think that's why OWCP mgmt counter with a RS 500 to 1 potential split..
worse case, they can do a reverse split to get out of OTC.. whenever they have revenue from their products

tablet revenue this year? will they turnover again or able to get on the board with a field goal?
