Border Patrol agents seize more than 300 pounds of marijuana in abandoned vehicle
LAREDO, Texas — Border Patrol agents seized several hundred pounds of marijuana Thursday in North Laredo.
Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents said they responded to suspicious activity near Riverside Drive and Mann Road Thursday around 6:15 p.m. in Laredo. When agents arrived, they found an abandoned vehicle with four large bundles inside.
Agents discovered the bundles were 327 pounds of marijuana with a value of $261,712.
The vehicle and marijuana were seized by Border Patrol agents.
