I utilize Allstate and have had their device in my automobile since the day I purchased the car. I receive a discount on my insurance every six months, once the downloaded information shows I do not brake hard, speed, etc. All this device does is monitor my driving habits There is NOTHING on this device to prevent distracted driving.
