by bashers..about penny stocks over and over .its played by bashers .pumpers.and by ceo.
so to sum it up.
flip it.
when you buy a penny stock,
you only own the right to participate when the pr comes out.you dont own a piece of the co. unless they pay a dividend. and even then ...not really!
