Re: ALEN #721

Why forward it to me. Forward it to everyone. You are talking about Microsoft and He is talking about Microsoft and who cares. We are in the bad lands and if Emmett Hume were to walk down the street shorty would have him for lunch. Not one thing he does matters. The deal is we will hold. The company will make money and Paul will protect his buddy from GE. Who cares. There are millions here and shorty is trapped. Case closed.

We have an idiot left on the ihub board who has said that everyone in the industry will make a fortune except Telvue. I did not think that one could be dumber than the other but it looks like I'm wrong.

I once worked for a company who hired dumb asses so they would not feel stupid. I wonder how dumb they thought I was ??

Dear Mr Capraz - I think that if you check you will find out that Microsoft just released a quarterly report on form 10-Q, not an annual report. It appears that Microsoft is on a June fiscal year, so you would have to wait until about August 15 2013 to get the 10-K. The last MSFT annual statement was for the year ended June 30. 10-Ks are never released this soon after the year end, because the statements must be audited and have very important legal disclosure requirements for which companies have substantial financial legal liability, so they require very substantial legal review - by outside counsel - in the cases of the companies that you mention.
I very much appreciate your interest and will do what I can, following our audit to get an annual report to you as soon as possible.

Regards,
