Sorry, I was gone yesterday for Valentine’s Day. I have them still short $8-9M to the 25M goal for BLA NP told Tony on Jan 9th. This is also gross, before paying the 10% fee. I assume with that S-3/A filed yesterday, they are going to release all the shares from the fundraising. I’m not sure why they would do that without the funds to finish the BLA.
They did say in a previous PR, that “ We are also negotiating with several large manufacturing companies to add $500 million worth of inventory to our current commercial inventory for deferred payments after approval.”
Maybe they were able to cut down on they full amount needed by doing this. I estimated here probably $11M for the 200M product they already have (and probably owe payment on), some of it was I assume needed for part of their huge CMO cost in the BLA.
