if i understand things correctly, we don't want a quick decision because it means the court most likely would be upholding the lower courts decision. if they take a long time it means they are most likely reversing the lower courts decision and will need to write an opinion as to why and for precedent for future case law. anyone feel free to correct me if i got something skewed.
