for those who cannot watch it, whatever the reason, Rory quickly explain that the price of the offering shown in the filings (7,65$) is basically a placeholder: the actual price of the offering (which will be shown in an update to the S1) will depend on the actual pps of the stock while they do the roadshow
(and, this is my personal addition, it will also likely be modified by the number of institutions willing to actually buy shares during the offering)
