Based on "normal" sales activity, a 60 dealer group would sell annually about 60K new and used units - ANNUALLY
Average dealer sells 80 cars a month - a good dealer 90 and a great dealer 100.
the math says this is an annuity type contract with repeatable revenue EVERY YEAR - all we need is about 8-10 of these type of PL's - he already has AN and CarMax signed - #1 and #2 in revenue and units sold - potential here is amazing.
