I'm speaking about coming through with the share reduction showing up on OTC Markets... it shouldn't take this long to do that and it has been loooong in happening or coming. He can take longer to do the name change if he needs; one doesn't have anything to do with the other, even if he did say the name change would come after... and it still will or could but doesn't have to happen immediately.

And btw, his business dealings will come and go... some will happen; some won't... that's just the nature of business but when he says he's doing 'regulatory' related things like filing financials or share reduction/buyback or corporate activity such as name change... he can do it and needs to do it within reasonable timelines to keep shareholder confidence if nothing else.
