I eat a very high carb diet.
Carbs are not a problem, empty carbs are.
Donot eat rice, eat brown rice. Whole grains.
Processed foods are very high glycemic foods.
I don't have diabetes, no high blood pressure.
Don't have to take ANY medications.
high 50's.
