I am fairly new to investing and wanted to ask if anyone knew what entails in the roadshow? I know that it means the company is pitching to investors but is there any idea on how many locations they will visit, # of investors talked to?

Do they receive commitments from the investors while on the roadshow?

Do they keep on the roadshow until they secure the level of investment needed then stop?

Or do they complete all stops on the roadshow and hope enough gets sold?

Sorry if these seem like stupid questions.
