I don't think either, just 700k closer to the BLA. Middle of the week is kind of odd, normally on a Friday.
Here is my thoughts. If I'm sitting on 1M shares last week, knowing the company is raising money at 50c with 1/2 warrant, then the price spikes to 57 or 58c. I might sell 200k at 57c, then turn around and call the company on Monday buy with the offering 200k at 50c with 100k warrants. So I have pocketed $14k, have the same number of shares as before, but now have an additional 100k warrants.
The sooner that option is off the table, the sooner we take off. That is why I'm counting down to the BLA money needed.
