MMEX-scam won't need any "skilled workers," unless you are referring to legal teams, to defend in shareholder lawsuits.
Since MMEX-scam is an OTC share-selling scheme, which isn't very labor intensive, and no skills are required, the claim " MMEX will be needing a lot of skilled workers!" seems implausible.
