CBGH's subsidiary China Low Carbon Energy Conservation Management Co. (CLCEC), has been granted membership in the China Beijing Environmental Exchange (CBEEX). The company is now authorized to conduct business through CBEEX’s energy saving related trading centers.

As China YiBai’s designated carbon trading entity, CLCEC will provide carbon trading, energy performance contracting and financial services through CBEEX and its various operating centers, CDM Information Center, China Energy Performance Contracting Center, Green Tech Transfer and Finance Center and China Carbon Neutral Alliance Center.

Besides that CBGH owns 20% stock right in QHEX.
