I think that the most benefit to shareholders would be to buyback shares in a big way this year if they can. If they were able to receive large settlement checks soon, and then apply that to share buybacks before the entire world knows about the company, it would supercharge share price growth in the long run.
Some people talk in round numbers of about a dollar a share or a $2 billion valuation, as in for instance the Duo price tag that Cisco paid (2.3).
I think about what does a CEO do if a settlement check is larger than the company marketcap. How much of the float can they retire? And then, what would the share price be if the company grows to capture:
1% of the 12.5b authentication market in 2022

What if they capture 10% of those markets? These are very large numbers.
