Can anyone give me their best guess as to what PL deal ctheroad was created for?

I'm trying to determine if it was for the big dealership to be announced or an insurance company.

I have to admit my hope that this company is the lowest its been in a long time. I keep telling myself that the next piece of news will get the price going. I am going to wait until the PL is announced next week before I make any decisions.
