Agreed. Mark (and maybe the rest of us) can't wait forever. To hold out for 100 more lawsuits and the absolute highest buyout price might not be in anyone's best interest.

That said, he and Ram and George certainly need to get a decent (or high) price for the company, after their 17 years of hard work!
