Very smart questions and all were and will be addressed in the conf call, OL I thought I've talked about this 3 times now on all previous calls! Hummmmm!
Just for edification companies with 25 million or above take atleast 6-9 months on average to complete depending on how buttoned up they are, audits can take over a year to do for 3 years rules requirement, the legal work is a mountain of work normally and consists of many many documents and then huge other factors such as are you buying their inventories as well, are staff coming over, are their credentialing of entities into new entities with medical regulators in city state and federal govt areas, no easy walk in the park I assure you, just to put in perspective Pfizer was in Wyeth labs doing workouts and structuring 3 years before anyone knew Pfizer was buying them.
