If NGD goes through it won't matter what US state the uber rich move to and live in,...they will still pay the 70%.
Now,..if they move to another country,...isn't it the FACT that Europe has higher taxes that the US ???,...YEP !
So,...looks like the uber rich have to swallow the reality pill and begin joining society and pay fairly.
