SFOR wants 8 to 12 bil or so.
The the buy out valuation will jump with the types of settlements that will come SFORs way sky rocketing the purchase price.
They could do a buy out sooner I suppose, if future settlements are factored in to purchase price. Man how do you figure that out. 100 future infringement cases with some of the largest companies in the world.
