Good question/point!!!

For me it's really the question of: Which comes first, the chicken or the egg?

At present, we don't know if there any SFOR buyout offers on the table or not.

But when we win the appeal, and if SFOR doesn't file new lawsuits (for the reasons mentioned) then it makes it more probable that settlements and a buyout will both come together in the near future (as Big Papa Bear suggested).

But if SFOR were to file new lawsuits, it could be a much longer wait for a buyout, since those new lawsuits would need to be resolved first (since they couldn't simply be transferred to the buyout company).
