OO7,
I am in a business where I see lawsuits daily. The point is you cannot sell the rights of a lawsuit as the defendant to a third party as it is unique to our own damages. ( I could be wrong ) The plaintiff would have cause to dismiss (mid-stream) to say what are the new owners damages as they do were not the original party? ( could be wrong)That all being said we did go route of litigation financing which in a since is somewhat hedging our bets and people need to understand what that means. I hope this brings some clarity. Bear
