I believe he is talking about the lawsuits. We want the lawsuit to take time per our lead attorney. That means reversal more likely. Mark has said before the lawsuits will take time. So with us winning, that is what we want and when the announcement comes, gosh I would hate to be on the outside looking in at shares.
