Mr. Schictman has practiced law for over 16 years, with wide-ranging expertise in the areas of corporate, securities, and finance law, primarily in the areas of capital markets and securities trading. He has acted as general counsel for public and private companies, performing litigations and corporate transactional work, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Schictman brings a wealth of experience in capital markets, serving as outside general securities counsel for several public companies, handling securities filings, capital transactions, financing, administrative hearings and inquiries, contested proxies, and Board and annual meetings.
