We are getting closer to decision aka REVERSAL time.
I have enjoyed all the amazing posts on the legal aspects of our case. Gators reporting was amazing! and Grows index is ridiculous , Hates Liars, Cyber C, zpaul , UVS , mr drifter, pugs, gold49er , grimli and many others makes the hangouts DD off the charts, no other board has that level of DD!
Result of all the DD posting is Everyone here are basically DD experts on SFOR and all its catalysts. Great bunch of gents to experience this investment with. WE have all had our ups and downs. But we are here. What a journey.
Cant wait to experience the kind of epic run we see with some other stock runners. I think SFOR can blow them all away. It will be worth the wait.
We are close. The reversal will ignite it all . What's the key for you on why we win the reversal?
To me we win the case on the following key point:
I keep reflecting on Judge Newman responding to the SA attorney who said OOBA is not a computer specific, Judge Newman replied saying SFORS OOBA was computer specific solving a computer problem. As the SA attorney basically said to Judge Newman in so many words " if it were computer specific it would be patentable " (to me that sums up the case)
Clearly and it is understood by the judges that OOBA is not some non-computer analogy, but a computer specific process that is the solution to a computer specific criminal activity (Hacking). I have to have confidence in the emphasis on the judges following the legal guidelines in applying the law as it relates to alice 101 that they see clearly the inventiveness of a computer process to solve a problem over the prior art of password & username and solved a computer problem.
SO we have to feel good about the judges discussing the above which is the heart of the issue. The Judges have both the oral and the written briefs and the ancora alice 101 reversal to guide their decision. AS well as PTAB and SCOTUS guidance. We have a lot going for us.
When we receive the reversal , man are we are off to the races. Epic run , OTC history in the making IMO.
Other stuff:
SFOR is branching out with Blocksafe , BSAFE has memorandums of understandings for various significant businesses. Cant wait to see Bsafe with sales revenues. All bigtime revs and money we are talking about. Everyone can see how hard G waller & co care making investors aware of the opportunity.
Blocksafe has two products that are evidently live. We are looking good on so many fronts.
Tokens action will be interesting to follow with the recent media attention on message boards. Lots of bigtime interest.
SFOR in Ecuador that came from outta nowhere, what other surprises does SFOR's channel partners have for us?, what are the channel partners working on now?
When will we see First Data make an announcement to its customers like they did with the roll out of "Trans armour"security platform, with our OOBA and encryption programs, when they do , w will see it on their web site that it is finally live and huge, huge money will start flowing into SFOR? Huge revenues!
You do realize that First Data money will be in the millions monthly and can take us to dollar land! We have a lot to look forward to.
With the government working again Gallagher insurance should be in full swing writing insurance programs to DOD contractors, who are not yet compliant with mandatory DOD security measures featuring OOBA and encryption will sign up and be compliant with SFORs products.
A lot of good things racing towards us! Wish it would get here faster.
Trading has been as expected , trading sideways. But I cant wait to see SFOR spread her wings and hop on a spacex rocket and take the PPS to the stratosphere! lol
Looking to add s few more Million shares for 2/2020 or a few tokens before we take off.
