Instead of puffs, I wish Oralyn could use the term "sprays". We need to differentiate from the puffs of Afrezza. Anyone that uses any kind of inhaler uses the term puffs for medications that are processed through the lungs. The huge advantage to Oralyn is that it is NOT processed in the lungs. It is processed with a sublingual "spray" much like sublingual nitroclycerin spray.
