Of course, if management was thinking of taking the Company private a RS would likely be a part of the process. If we become irrelevant there is little we can do to slow them down let alone stop them from leaving us holding worthless paper. I do not think that is in their plans but when information is slow to appear speculation can step in to fill the void.

Nevertheless, I am here until driven out by bad news from Israel.
