I think a deal is assured because on one side Leo HAS to get a deal done and on the other side the BPs also know that a deal WILL be signed by the end of March or earlier and they had better get their best bid in now or their opportunity is gone in acquiring this high, high potential drug (or at least the first 2 major indications and possibly an inside track for further indications or the whole platform)

Kind of like at the Mecum Car Auctions when the reserve is removed from a car. The buyer knows he is not just spinning his wheels, if he has the best bid he gets the prize!!!
