We all wait for the day when bids are set to catch the stock before it ticks up another 2% and eventually bids show the race is on to get in before the next big move up. Right now and for the last couple of years or more everyone is accumulating at the lowest possible price and there is nobody driving the stock up. Sure once in a while we see a push against resistance but it fizzles and the stock drops to the low range of support at that point in time.
