I have, and I'm happy to see the pre pr level ~20 hold @ almost 100mil last week which speaks volumes..
I'm simply curious at the level they are choosing to hold this at.. 22 is a strange number to fend off imo. I feel like I'm not seeing something I should have been seeing. *shrug*
