If I were them, this is what I would do. I would line up all of my major announcements to be broadcast in the days leading up to the cc. Line them up - one for each day. Build up excitement. Maybe that is what they are planning on doing. Human nature being what it is, as we can see from our own message board, people have the attitude of "what have you done for me lately?"

Not sure about a Quiet period. Does that relate to announcements of acquisitions?
