If they are going to do this they need to get off of the OTC first or as quickly as they can after the RS. They need to have a plan for that
No institutional investor is going to look at an OTC stock. To many shenanigans happen on this exchange.
I actually like the idea as well and If they can get off this exchange they have as good a chance as any other biotech to succeed, otherwise they will be shorted into oblivion.
I hope their business adviser recommends this as well...
