Imagine if they had done a 5 for 1 split back when this was 1.65, then again when it fell the equivalent of 0.60 * 5 to 3. That would of kept this up above 1.00 for the required time and could of been up-listed easily to NASDAQ doing that. The timing would of been great, but now is not the time to do a reverse split, share price is too low. If they really want more money they should put the cream and the pills on the market as they are, even if they are labeled as Phase 1 safety completion only where ever legal. This would definitely attract OTC investors, because investors like to hear Revenue, not dilution or reverse splits! Thoughts or other ideas?
