I'll roll with White club. In order for White club to remain a club:
1. The company must bring us phones we can buy.
2. The company needs to follow thru and provide nation wide cellular service.
3. The company needs to create revenue with cellular plans and water works utilities.
Bonus Club objectives. (If the stair way to heaven actually happens)
1. Pay back debts and never need toxic lending again.
2. Reduce the A/S with buy backs.
3. Up list off the pink sheet.
4. Offer dividends.
5. Quarterly shareholder meetings.
