my 2 cents,...the reason/answer for "just openly express your opinions without insulting other people who do not believe in what you believe in? ",.....
is because everything that goes and then talked about they take personally.
It's as if they are conducting themselves and their actions like they are the only person on the planet,..oblivious to the rest of life.
It's as if they don't understand what a "difference of opinion" really is. They might intellectually get it but they have not truly comprehended it. They really think it's ' you must agree with me. '
Don't waste another minute on this type of individual. They will eventually get to where you are, to have open debates and still walk away friends, but it gonna take a years more experiences until the door chime is heard.
All you can do and know is that you put a little something of a seed of introspection with this individual,..it's growing,... when ever it comes to fruit, it does.
