Toodles - 20 units each for 60 dealerships for 12 months is 14,400 units annually. If the dealership you have in mind sells 58K cars a year, that's a rate of about 25% of the cars sold. That seems ambitious - especially for the first year. But, if these apps go "mainstream", the "take rate" could be higher.
I still think the real value could be the Communication & Education the ad campaign could deliver. Right away, this big dealerships competitors will have to sell DD apps to compete and the effect could easily spread throughout the country.
