My gut feeling is this is about a realignment of the share structure...and why would they need to do this?
I looked a FOMX this morning for example....it has an OS of around 55 million and a share price right now of around 3.50/shr...
Their OS is roughly 1/3 of ours...
Also putting the 8k out announcing you want authorization to do a reverse split with a ratio of up to 500-1...is insane...
If the company did that they'd have maybe 300,000 common shares left...
It could also be a scare tactic to force retail out...for whatever reason...
The point is...we don't have all the pieces of the puzzle....why drive yourself crazy with speculation and bs?
Something is up....my feeling is based on what we've seen over the past few years...there has been at tremendous amount of bungling the business end of the company going on...
So why wouldn't people naturally feel this is not good news?
But who knows....
