What I liked about Doug Gillen is he mentioned he is setting the company up for long term success not just the present. Forward thinking is what will keep us relevant for now and the future. This is an aggressive team with a purpose and direction which is what we need to one day be number 1 in the world and it is possible. This really does keep getting better. lol
