Now that I_Am_Ram got caught got in a flat out lie saying the quotes in the transcript that are directly from the recordings (that were also posted) and can be easily verified, his postings have gotten noticeably more defensive. He even tries to throw blame at ZPaul at one point. LOL!

After listening to the oral arguments yet again, I'm now leaning towards a decision in SFOR's favor. SA's lawyer did such a poor job that I can't see this getting remanded back to the lower court.
