This absolutely sucks for us, but reading into it they don't want retail investors. Probably tired of all the deserved criticism cast their way.
They're probably hoping that if they can get above the $2-$3 minimum that they can get institutional money instead of retail.
I think it's all bullshit by a bunch of arrogant, stubborn individuals who refused to acknowledge that the criticism is well deserved because of their actions.
Unfortunately I think this answers one of the questions I posed to Milo. Are they taking the victim mentality or taking ownership of the situation? My perception is they think they are the victims and looking for a way to escape while basically screwing all of us over in the process.
