OWCP (the Company) sold 500 shares of Convertible Preferred Stock (Preferred Stock) to Discover Growth Fund (Discover). This was previously reported. On January 31, and at times prior to then, the Company received notices of conversion from Discover. That is, Discover advised the Company of their intention to convert an aggregate of 35 shares of Preferred Stock into Common Stock. From December 11, 2018, through February 5, 2019, pae Company effected the Conversion and issued Discover 7,504,842 shares of Common Stock.

I wonder what they are doing with those shares..........not................still wondering where all the increase in volume originated. When should this have been reported to us.........material event or only recently became material.............hopefully this transaction will be covered in Hirsch's letter to shareholders
