Looks like the Avant insiders are investing in a newly created Series A at these insanely low levels that will give them tons of shares and dilute us into oblivion.

And they have formed an LLC to hold the shares and signed a power of attorney to pre-approve a massive reverse stock split. This will bring all outstanding shares down to 15 million (from around 337 million today).

So much for our 109 million shares in Avant.
