Well he did tell me to contact support before I make another comment about it being over. The thing was I had watched a movie the night before I saw a comment that UF was down and that poster said Tech had not replied to him. I thought he was mistaken since I just watched a movie. When I tried to log in nothing happened so I assumed the worst without contacting support. I told him I would verify myself before making another negative comment. That is the tech side and I wonder like you about the other promises.
