Could be either or none. Nowhere does the court say a decision will be rendered within 60 days. I believe that was a timeline mentioned as an approximation by Kay given his unique understanding of the case. If you look at timeline on the court's web page, it could be longer but likely won't be given what we all know. The court is on their schedule, not ours so I would focus on the "win" and not so much the "when". See what I did there? Gonna be good.
