I am engaged with an investment bank currently to raise a similar amount for my aerospace company.....actually have a couple of term sheets from potential investment partners I am evaluating now.

Busy this morning but will try to chime in this afternoon after I take care of a few things around the office.

What I will say is my experience is that no investment bank would take them as a client, and waste their own time, if they didn't feel they could get the deal funded....these guys eat what they kill so they will only put time into deals that have a very realistic chance of getting funded.
