Cliff notes February 7th, CEO Road to Nasdaq
1. 10k file two months early.
2. At the same time we filed the S1A-which contains a lot of new
information.
3. This was a monumental, highly coordinated effort involving all parties.
4. Time last fall was spent developing and combing TaggCRM app with
upgraded Bright Tools app for MLM.
5. Why file 2 months early? Because we filed, means we are no longer
subject to Nasdaq seasoning rules of staying on OTC for 30 days.
6. Nominal rev, cause we provided our service for free to enlist feedback
and data for our TagCRM and:
A. Were deeply involved with Microsoft
B. Were doing similar things with Salesforce
C. Joint sales with Sound Concepts
D. Others, I can’t mention or talk about until they are PR’d
7. Tagg pro core-will bring a version of analytics into core apps in M.S,
Salesforce with input from both of them.
8. Oracle-worked with them, spent time with them to fine tune what they
and their customers want.
9. Global Market Strategy-We have “buy in” from all the titans of the
industry.
10. Gardner-has assisted. We will see great stuff that incorporates
everything we have been working on.
11. Gardner uses mytagg (formally notifiID)
12. Tagg- was explained in the video and why we use that term.
13. Most time was spent with S.C for sales opportunities and produced
amazing results, but won’t be in our 10K
14. Sound Concepts through November 2018, 12.3 mil or 1.3/mo.
15. December 2018 is not reflected in the S1A
16. Sound Concepts is cash flow positive and net income positive. Again,
only for 11 months of 2018
17. Verb adds more than 2,000 user per week on combined platform.
545,000 users as of January 1st.
18. Growth rate of over 200%, but that growth rate is accelerating now.
19. Jointly Verb/S.C. signed 10 MLM customers. Only Ultarius PR’d. Others
are signed and waiting for approval of PR’s. Ultarius will get their app.
Feb. 15th. Potential user base is 250,000 @ $49/mo. There is custom
content specific for this MLM.
20. Sound Concepts has 8 of its own customers requesting significant
expansion of their current use. One of those customers is the
LARGEST MLM in the world. These should all be pretty good deals to
PR in the future.
21. Sound Concept-no debt and clean balance sheet. Ready for upcoming
AGP offering.
22. Offering will be 20-23 mil.
23. Verb has no debt either. Will take on tradition loan 5-8 mil, which our
cash flow will support.
24. 1st time Rory feels comfortable sharing revenue guidance based on the
current data. Look for that valuation shortly.
25. Major Tom-Marketing agency launched or will launch a complain this
month.
26. Taggyourit campaign, broke all records we set for it. Over 400 videos
and 11,000 plays on twitter alone.
27. Tagglite-is a free version for all to see how easy it is to use.
28. Snoop Dog-is apparently following us.
29. Valentines version of #taggchallenge will be out around Feb. 11th.
30. Apple-waiting for Apple to approve TagCRM. Android is done, these will
