Unfortunately, we haven't been a public company in the eyes of the SEC since December of 2017. That recent rule change allows SEC reporting companies to both use Reg A and satisfy their on-going reporting Reg A reporting requirements via their SEC filings.

We'd have to re-register our shares with the SEC to do that and become an SEC reporting company again.

Let's hope that happens.
