If I bought 1,000 shares at $2.37 back in 2006 (cost $2,370), they got split by 1,000 (so 1 share cost basis $2,370) and then I got 20 share dividend (so 21 shares divided by $2,370 = $112.86). If you look at a split-adjusted chart you should see that approximate PPS range for 2006.
